Wrapping up 2025

Just like many of you, life always seems to move fast — and 2025 was no exception. It feels like it showed up, blinked, and disappeared… although I’m pretty sure I say that every year.

As I sit here writing this, I’m asking myself the same question you probably ask sometimes too:

“What did I actually accomplish this year?”

This time of year, my husband and I sit down together to reflect on our year and map out the next one. It’s our favorite date night. I’ll be talking more about this on an upcoming podcast episode(yes launched) — make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.

I always feel like I’ve done a lot, yet somehow it never feels like enough. But when we slow down long enough to think, write, and actually process it… there’s always so much goodness we overlook.

So what has 2025 looked like for me?

A lot of real, hard work behind the scenes — building systems for my business while still coaching one-on-one clients. I launched new blogs, moved everything into new platforms, created a podcast, started newsletters, and built out resources that I know will impact so many people. I’m even getting ready to hire a few team members (wild!).

And I finished my office — another podcast episode is coming soon on why your physical space matters so much for your clarity, focus, and well-being.

On top of that:

  • I stayed committed to my personal health and wellness journey — and it’s going so well.

  • I hired a coach and invested in several training programs — a full year of learning and growing.

  • Yes, I’m still homeschooling.

  • Yes, still gardening.

  • Yes, still volunteering.

  • We helped Abby launch her business this year.

  • And the best part? Our son is buying his first house!

  • Plus… we remodeled our home (always a work in progress).

It’s a lot… but I truly love all of it.

If you go back to the email I sent, you’ll see some of the priorities that shaped my year. And if you want to hear from me more often — newsletters, updates, resources, and real-life stories — make sure you’re signed up. You can join my weekly newsletter below.

As we wrap up another year, here’s what I’m reminding myself — and maybe you need to hear it too:

We don’t measure our lives by how perfectly everything went, or by whether we hit every goals on our list. We measure it by who we became along the way. By the clarity we gained. By the courage we practiced. By the peace we protected. By the people we loved, served, and grew alongside.

When you take a moment to slow down, breathe, and look back…
you’ll see the progress that was happening even on the days you felt stuck.
You’ll notice the growth that didn’t feel glamorous in the moment.
You’ll recognize the strength you built simply by showing up and dancing in all the storms.

So here’s to the year you just lived — the one that stretched you, shaped you, and prepared you for what’s next.

And here’s to the year ahead — more clarity, more courage, more commitment, and more of the life God designed you to live.

It’s a lot… but I truly love all of it.
My prayer is that you slow down and reflect on the goodness in your year. And if you’re up for it, send me an email and tell me all about it. I really want to hear about your life.
